Your Responsibilities Provide legal advice on all commercial law matters (excluding labor, tax, export, and customs law) Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers, suppliers, and business partners in Germany and abroad Support and prepare legal disputes in Germany and internationally Maintain and enhance the compliance management system, focusing on anti‑corruption and antitrust regulations Conduct compliance risk analyses and business partner reviews Collaborate closely with internal departments and participate in interdisciplinary project teams Design and deliver in‑house training sessions on legal and compliance topics Your Profile Completed law degree in Germany (1st and 2nd state examinations) Professional experience in legal or compliance functions, ideally within an industrial company Strong ability to develop practical solutions to complex legal issues Independent, reliable, and proactive working style Interest in business management topics and strategic thinking Excellent analytical and communication skills, combined with strong negotiation abilities Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) Willingness to travel occasionally Why Apply?
